The Berner Musikkollegium is organized as registered association. Both conductor and concertmaster are employed by the orchestra. The musicians are active members and pay an annual subscription. The music commission, consisting of the conductor, concertmaster and representatives of all registers, selects the concert program. The managing board runs the association and represents it to external contacts and authorities. Our mission can be found here (in German only).

The BMK rehearses every Monday in Bern. If you like to get to know the orchestra, you are welcome the attend our next concert or actively join as member.
